Please read these Terms and Conditions of Calendar Clock carefully before deciding to become a User of the Calendar Clock Apps.
By using the Calendar Clock Apps, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between the User and Calendar Clock. These terms and conditions can only be deviated from after explicit written permission.
In these Terms and Conditions the terms below have the following meaning:
Because Calendar Clock wants to make the Calendar Clock Apps available to as many Users as possible in the safest possible way, the following conditions apply to the use of the Calendar Clock Apps:

If the User does not comply with the conditions and/or laws and regulations, Calendar Clock reserves the right to immediately deny the User access to the Calendar Clock Apps and to remove the content posted by him. Calendar Clock is not responsible for the consequences of this for the User.
Payment of a Subscription will be charged to the User upon confirmation of the purchase. The Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. User will be charged for renewal at the price of the chosen plan within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
If the User is under the age of 18, the User must have permission from a legal representative to subscribe to the Subscription. Please note that if User purchases a Subscription, the terms/EULA of the App Store Provider will apply to the Subscription. If the Subscription is not correctly activated for the User, Calendar Clock will do its best to find a solution, if Calendar Clock is informed about this problem by the User. In the event that Calendar Clock is unable to replace or repair the Subscription in question, or is unable to do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the User, Calendar Clock will authorize the App Store Provider to charge the User an amount reimburse up to a maximum of the costs of the relevant Subscription. Alternatively, if the User wishes to request a refund, the User may do so by contacting the App Store Provider directly.
User acknowledges and agrees that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider and are subject to the terms/EULA of the App Store Provider. If User has payment-related issues with the Subscription, User must contact the App Store Provider directly.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off by contacting the App Store Provider. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period. In the event that Calendar Clock decides to cancel its Subscription, a partial refund based on the remaining period will be given to the User.
Calendar Clock strives to keep the Calendar Clock Apps as secure as possible, but is not liable for any damage of any nature and extent as a result of an error in the Calendar Clock Apps, the (incorrect) use of the Calendar Clock Apps by User(s), the Calendar Clock Apps not complying with non-Dutch laws and regulations.
The User is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions and for using the Calendar Clock Apps only for the purpose for which they are intended.
If the User acts or fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or laws and regulations, the User is fully responsible for the consequences thereof.
User is responsible for keeping (access to) the Calendar Clock Apps secure. By using the Calendar Clock Apps, the User accepts the risk that another User will not keep (access to) the Calendar Clock Apps secure.
User is advised to jailbreak or root the devices on which the Calendar Clock Apps are installed. As a result, the Calendar Clock Apps may not work properly or at all.
The User is responsible for updating the systems required for the Calendar Clock Apps, such as Android and iOS, on the devices used by him for the Calendar Clock Apps.
Calendar Clock reserves the right to discontinue the Calendar Clock Apps for any reason in the future. User must uninstall the Calendar Clock Apps from his device in that case. Calendar Clock is not liable for the consequences of the termination for the User.
User should note that certain functions of the Calendar Clock Apps require an active internet connection. Calendar Clock is not responsible for the non-functioning (proper) functioning of the Calendar Clock Apps if the User does not have access to an active internet connection. Nor is Calendar Clock responsible for the costs of using the Calendar Clock Apps, including the costs for the User's mobile network provider.
Calendar Clock attaches great importance to privacy. (Personal) data that are provided to Calendar Clock are handled and processed carefully, confidentially and in compliance with the legal rules. Said data will never be made available to third parties, except if this has been agreed in advance and/or is necessary for the functionality of the Calendar Clock Apps and services under this agreement.
In the context of the Calendar Clock Apps, personal data of the User is collected and processed in the manner set out in the Calendar Clock Privacy Policy.
The Calendar Clock Apps can give its Users significant control through easy insight into the daily situation of the vulnerable involved by the device on which Calendar Clock Apps are installed. It is expressly pointed out to the Customer that the low threshold of the product also entails risks. In this context, reference is made to the document “Safe Use of Calendar Clock”. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that it is aware of these risks, that it uses the "Safe Use of Calendar Clock" document and that it adequately organizes, implements, adjusts and supervises the organization around the use of the Calendar Clock Apps. keeps details of use, as well as informs all internal and external stakeholders around the vulnerable about the operation and risks of the product.
If the User has a complaint, then the User will immediately inform Calendar Clock of this. Calendar Clock attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and makes every effort to resolve any complaints as well as possible.
In the event of a dispute, Calendar Clock will try to resolve the dispute in a careful manner, partly to preserve the mutual relationship between the User and Calendar Clock, without prejudice to the right of each party to submit the dispute to the competent court of Rechtbank Midden-Nederland.
Calendar Clock reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions if Calendar Clock finds this necessary. Thus, Calendar Clock advises to review this page periodically for any changes.
