Terms and Conditions

Below one can find a translated version of the Terms and Conditions. The original one was written in Dutch and this is the one that holds.

Read these Terms and Condition from Jelter first before deciding to become a User from the Service. By using the Service User agrees with the Terms and Conditions. On these Terms and Conditions only Dutch law applies.


Jelter: owner and provider of the Service

Service: all by Jelter provided services and products, of which the app Calendar Clock and Calendar Clock Administrator

Calendar Clock: app which provides User insight into the day. The app can be changed by User or other User(s), by using Service

Calendar Clock Administrator: app which provides User with the possibility to change the Calendar Clock app of other User(s)

User: the person using the Service

In-App Purchases: extra features that can be bought and can be used within the Service

App Store Provider: either Google Play or Apple App Store, via which Calendar Clock Administrator is installed


Because Jelter wants to provide the Service to as many Users as possible whilst keeping it safe, secure and in accordance with the law, the following restrictions are put in place for using the Service:

If User fails to act according to the terms conditions and/or laws and regulations, then Jelter reserves the rights to immediately block User access to the Service and remove all information stored about User. Jelter is not in any way responsible for any consequences this has for User.


A part of The Service can be used for free. Jelter is committed to ensuring that the app is as safe, useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its Services, at any time and for any reason. Jelter will never charge User for its Services without making it very clear exactly what User is paying for.
In such a case Jelter will not restrict access to previously accessible content. Jelter can also in the (nearby) future introduce a paid subscription and other digital services.

The Service may include In-App Purchases. If User is under 18, User must have permission from a legal representative to make any In-App Purchases. Please note that if User makes any In-App Purchases in the Service, then the App Store Provider's terms and conditions/EULA applicable to In-App Purchases will also apply. If In-App Purchases are not properly activated for User, Jelter will do its best to find a solution, if Jelter is informed about this problem by the User. In the event that Jelter is unable to replace or repair the relevant In-App Purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to User, Jelter will authorise the App Store Provider to refund User an amount up to the cost of the relevant In-App Purchase. Alternatively, if User wishes to request a refund, User may do so by contacting the App Store Provider directly.

User acknowledges and agrees that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider and are governed by the App Store Provider's terms and conditions/EULA. If User has any payment related issues with In-App Purchases, then User needs to contact the App Store Provider directly.

Limited responsibility

Jelter strives for a Service that is as safe as possible, however is not responsible for damage of any kind or size even as a result of a mistake in the Service, the (wrong) use of the Service by User(s), the Service not being justified according to non-Dutch law and regulations.

User is fully responsible for obeying the terms of the Service and only using the Service in the way its intended to be used.
In the case of User acting or failing to comply with the conditions and/or laws and regulations, then User is fully responsible for the resulting consequences.

User is responsible for keeping (access to) the Service safe. User accepts the risk that another User will not keep (access to) the Service safe by using the Service .

It is recommended not to jailbreak or root your phone. This could possibly result in the Service not working properly or at all.

User is responsible for updating Service needed devices, such as Android and iOS on the devices used to access Service.

Jelter reserves the right to stop its Service in the future because of any possible reason. User must then delete the Service from all devices. Jelter is not responsible for any consequences as a result of ending the Service for User.

Third Party Services

Jelter, the Service and User make use of third party services. These third parties declare their own Terms and Conditions that are applicable to their services. Jelter is not responsible for these services and their Terms and Conditions. These third party services are vital for Service to function.

User must be aware of the fact that certain functions of the Service will require an active internet connection. Jelter is not responsible for the Service not (well) functioning at full capacity if User has no access to an active internet connection. Neither is Jelter responsible for costs of using the Service of which the costs for the mobile network provider of User.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Jelter reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions if Jelter finds this necessary. Thus, Jelter advises to review this page periodically for any changes.
